Travel Mexico - Volcán de Colima

Many visitors come to see the two nearby volcanoes, the snowcapped 4323-meter Nevado de Colima, and the more active 3980-meter Volcán de Fuego. They are often referred to as simply the Volcán de Colima. Volcán de Colima, near Colima, is considered Mexico's most dangerous active volcano and could be poised for eruption. Several explosive events took place in 1999 and there were two small eruptions in November 2000. Periodic explosions and lava flows have continued to May 2005. But it isn't every day you get to see an active volcano.
